Spring Plays 2009 “Popcorn and Soda”

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT CUE-2-CUE, FINAL DRESS REHEARSAL AND ORDER OF SHOWS…
For the cue-2-cue, please have no actors in the theatre as they will only get in the way of various techies and the lift. Directors should sit in the audience with their scripts and a pencil ready. Have ALL of your music, projections and any other media ready to go. Please, have all of your lighting, Props and set change cues ready as well. The more prepared you are as a director, the easier it will be for everyone. Thanks!

  1. Remember guys that actors need to be called at 6 pm on show nights. The curtain is at 7 pm! Not 7:30 like our other shows...
Darby - make sure the actors know that.

    Reminder to all-
Program information is due tomorrow to Tess and Adrienne. Title of your show, cast list/characters, setting/time period and a short director's note and thanks paragraph.
    Andre is done with this.

  4. Announce it, print it, post it, email it. All of the above.

Boarders have to eat, so call time needs to be flexible so that they can eat and then come. Obviously actors in the opening shows need to be ready first.

  6. After getting all of my cues in place, I talked to Kendell about what is/isn't possible with to do with sound tracks. I think I'll have to do a bit more sound editing.
